
(I dont want to lose weight and or mass if I train on my cardio). Btw I am just working out just to get into shape, nothing serious.

Well, if you eat enough and compensate what you burn during cardio then it shouldn’t stop your progress. But only if you eat enough!
Always keep your heart strong. Sounds like a good combination. Your heart has to be able to sustain a strong body, so if you want a strong body, you don’t want a weak heart.
