Monday- Ballet (1h)
Tuesday-Pilates (1h)
Wednesday- Ballet (1h)
Thursday- Pilates (1h)
Friday- off.
Saturday- Pilates (1h), Yoga (1h), Cardio (1 1/2h)
Sunday- Cardio (1h)
Do I need any extra cardio?
